Superset
A superset pairs two moves in a row before the planned rest.
Superset: a practical example
For example, you perform a curl followed by a triceps extension, then rest.
Use it in your log
When you log your workout, keep this in mind: log both exercises individually so their loads and repetitions remain clear.
Next, use the workout log to keep names, weights and reps in one place. Then check your progress across sessions.
