Set

A set is a group of reps you do before a rest.

Set: a practical example

For example, eight curls followed by a rest is one set of eight reps.

Use it in your log

When you log your workout, keep this in mind: log separate sets separately so a change in weight or reps remains visible.

Next, use the workout log to keep names, weights and reps in one place. Then check your progress across sessions.
