Routine

A routine is a saved list of moves and planned sets for a workout.

Routine: a practical example

For example, save your usual upper-body session so you can start from it next time.

Use it in your log

When you log your workout, keep this in mind: a routine is a template. The workout record shows what you actually completed.

Next, use the workout log to keep names, weights and reps in one place. Then check your progress across sessions.
