Working set
A working set counts as the main work for a move after you warm up.
Working set: a practical example
For example, you warm up with lighter presses, then record three working sets at your planned load.
Use it in your log
When you log your workout, keep this in mind: warm-up and working sets serve different purposes; mark them consistently in your log.
Next, use the workout log to keep names, weights and reps in one place. Then check your progress across sessions.
