Strength
Strength is your ability to produce force in a given task.
Strength: a practical example
For example, a squat performance is one way to assess strength in that movement.
Use it in your log
When you log your workout, keep this in mind: strength depends on the task. One lift does not describe every form of physical ability.
Next, use the workout log to keep names, weights and reps in one place. Then check your progress across sessions.

These examples explain terms. They do not tell you what to lift. If you need help with a plan, ask a qualified trainer.
