Mobility

Mobility is your ability to move through a range of motion with control.

Mobility: a practical example

For example, you use a controlled ankle movement to explore a position needed for your squat.

Use it in your log

When you log your workout, keep this in mind: mobility and flexibility overlap, but strength and control can also affect movement.

Next, use the workout log to keep names, weights and reps in one place. Then check your progress across sessions.
