Squad sessions on your own phones
Squad sessions bring friends into one shared training window. Meanwhile, each person logs on their own phone.
Current build. For now, you can get launch updates.
How squad sessions bring your group together
Invite friends with a link or QR code. Then each person logs their own workout on their own device. The shared view shows the group's activity. However, joining does not let someone else edit your workout.
Follow sets and send a fist bump
Friends can follow the feed and send fist bumps or fire reactions. Next, check what is left in the session. If you want fewer updates, use Focus. Live updates need a connection.
Compare with your own last session
The score uses each person's own past performance as a reference after the session closes. So a friend's heavier weight does not decide your score. New and experienced lifters each keep their own numbers.

GameLiftEat is in development. For now, Field Notes is where you can hear about the launch. The newsletter also covers training, food and everyday life.
The app will be free at launch. We will announce future pricing later.
