A workout tracker for remote friends

A workout tracker for remote friends connects people across gyms. Meanwhile, each person keeps their own workout.

Set up a workout tracker for remote friends

Create a squad session and invite friends with a link or QR code. Then agree on a training window. The session can stay open while people finish at different times.

Follow each person's work

Members log their own sets and can react to the feed. However, the score uses each person's own last performance as context. It does not rank the group by total weight lifted.

Plan the next week

A challenge puts workouts on fixed weekdays. First, check the host's time zone when you agree on days. Then use Focus if you want to log without following each update.
