A workout tracker for beginners

A workout tracker for beginners can start with just weights and reps. Then you can add detail when it helps.

Start with a workout tracker for beginners

Choose a starter routine or open an empty workout. Next, add a move and log the weight and reps you did. Then tick the set. Effort scores and charts can wait until you want them.

Get help with the movement

The library has instructions and images for some moves. However, an app cannot check your form. If you are unsure about a move or machine, ask a qualified trainer at your gym.

Build a history at your pace

Use the same exercise names as you return. Then your past sets will be easier to compare. You can keep workouts private while you settle in. If you want support, share with friends when you feel ready.
